Fall and Christmas are pretty much my favorite times of year to decorate. After that would be Halloween and St. Patrick's Day. for my table setting i used 3 antique linen napkins i found at an antique store in pennsylvania last year. i do an ocean them throughout my home, so i am working on incorporating the holidays with this theme. i found the candle holders on the ends at a garage sale, i think for 50 cents or a dollar, and filled with shells i collected in new jersey. in the hurricane lamp i replaced the half a cup or so of sand that came with it with sand that i collected in galveston recently and added a taller candle. the starfish keep the beachy feel going and the pumpkins add color and of course remind us that fall is here, even if we are still having hot days here in texas!
